Great fun, with serious learning points clearly demonstrated. An ideal way to start a course - or to end on a high.

Before the ‘rollaball’ construction can begin you earn the building resources by answering a series of questions. Then according to certain constraints you build your own segment of the runway. Clear communications with other teams ensures interfaces are built to the same specification of height and width!

Finally you join forces with the other two teams and assemble the whole runway. Putting it to the test with the ping pong ball reveals all. A great way to review teamwork skills and the way we work with other teams. Lots of points emerge that can easily be implemented back at work.other teams
