Refund Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
The Small Print
- Each booking will receive a 6-digit User Code which will be unique to the location
and that group e.g. a Bristol Treasure Hunt will receive a code of BR1234.
- This 6-digit User Code must be sent by text at the start of the event by one
member of each team, which signifies the start of the event. The code will only be
valid for the number of ‘Team Packs’ which have been purchased e.g. if a group
has purchased a Three Team Pack then this code can only be used by three
teams. If a fourth team text’s this 6-digit User Code then they will receive a
message explaining that their entry is not valid.
- The group leader will receive the Takeaway Treasure Hunt and 6-digit User Code
(required for the text messaging element of the game) approximately 2 weeks
prior to their event. Their unique code will expire 4 weeks after the event date.
- A full refund less £50 will be offered to any cancellations greater than 4 weeks in
advance.
- No refunds will be available less than 4 weeks prior to the event.
- Full payment must be received prior to the posting of any packs.
- All Takeaway Treasure Hunts are protected by copyright.
